Decks
We have built over 200 decks in the South Bay area. Typically our customers have an existing deck that has dry-rot and needs to be replaced. Our decks are built on pressure treated framing and are impervious to weather and termites.
We recommend a composite type decking, which is maintenance free and scratch resistant. There are many options out there the most famous being Trex. Our company recommends Azek or Tuff brand decking. All of the hardware we used is rust resistant zinc plated or galvanized. Our deck screws are powder coated steel and are colored to match the decking color of your choice.
Uniform building code has recently increased the structural requirements and safety codes for deck railings. We build all of our decks to the updated code requirements to ensure your safety.
Often times our customers have a view and nothing shows it off better than the glass railing system we offer.
